FAQ

  • How do I care for my items?
    •  All shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and tank tops should be washed inside-out on a cool water setting, and tumble dried at a low temperature.
    •  All hats, bags, fanny packs, and other accessories should be spot cleaned with a small amount of cool soapy water and left to air-dry.
    • Mugs, tumblers, and cups should be hand washed only. Exposing the design to the high pressure and temperature of a dishwasher may damage the design
  • I never got a confirmation email
    • Try checking your spam folder or in any other inboxes you may have. Auto-fill may have added an old or non-preferred email you no longer use
    • Be sure to check that your payment has processed. If your payment did not process, you may not have completed the checkout process and your order was not completed
    • If you are sure your order was processed but you still haven’t received confirmation, please contact support@apollohou.com with the full name on your order, when you placed your order, and what you ordered - we will look into it ASAP and get back to you
  • I only received part of my order 
    • Apollo works with many print-on-demand providers to keep warehouse and storage costs lower and, in turn, keep our products reasonably priced. Some providers may ship items as they are produced rather than holding an entire order until the last item is ready. Some items may be produced by separate printing companies and may ship from different locations.
    • Try using the Shop App for iPhone and Android to track your items from Apollo. From there, you should be able to see which items are in each shipment. If an item is shown as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact support@apollohou.com with your full name, order number, and item(s) you may be missing
  • How do I know my order number?
    • Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. Be sure to check spam and all inboxes/emails you may have entered 
  • My order came but it’s damaged/misprinted/wrong size, etc.
    • Please email support@apollohou.com with your order number,the product you ordered, the issue with what you received, and photos to show our print partners
    • Please be aware that Apollo is a small business and partners with multiple print providers. We do our best to produce only high-quality merchandise, but mistakes do happen when the printing is not in our hands. We’re absolutely willing to replace or refund any incorrect or damaged products - we just ask for your patience and understanding so we can help correct any issues 
  • I put the wrong address - what now?
    • Please email support as quickly as possible if you’ve entered an incorrect address. If your order has not shipped, we will try our best to change it before it goes out
    • If your package has already been shipped, consider contacting the post office nearest the delivery address or trying to contact the resident now at that address to retrieve your order 
    • If the address provided is undeliverable, your package will most likely be returned to our local warehouse. If this is the case, someone from our customer service team will contact you about correcting the delivery address and we’ll get it sent out ASAP
    • Apollo is not responsible for orders/packages lost due to incorrect delivery address. Although we understand how frustrating it can be, we can’t control what any other person enters as their own address. We suggest clearing any old addresses saved for auto-fill and double checking the information entered before finalizing your order

  • I placed my order but haven’t been charged? 
    • Check that you completed the entire checkout process, and check your inbox for an order confirmation email. Some banks or institutions may take longer to process your payment, especially on weekends or holidays. If you received your confirmation email, we got your order! Nothing to worry about! 
    • If you weren’t charged and you didn’t get a confirmation email,it’s most likely the checkout process was incomplete or interrupted. Contact support@apollohou.com with the full name entered at checkout, items you ordered, and the date/ approximate time you would have placed your order. We’ll check on our end and get back to you ASAP 
  • What is the return or exchange policy?
    • Not all items in our online store are always fully in-stock at our local warehouse due to print-on-demand services. For this reason, we currently do not offer direct exchanges, but can accept your return for a full refund and allow you to purchase a different size/color/design etc. Please contact support@apollohou.com with the following information
      • Order number, first and last name
      • Item you need to return (include design, color, and size)
      • Reason for return
    • We will email you a fully paid return label to use whenever you’re ready. Pack all items for return in any safe shipping packaging, print and attach the label to your package, and drop off with USPS. If needed, please visit your local USPS store for help packaging your return and attaching your label. The label is fully paid, so you will not be charged in any way for postage, but may have to purchase shipping materials with USPS if you do not have any.
