RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a fully paid return shipping label. Please be sure to address as follows:
- Subject line: Apollo Order Return
- Order number, first and last name
- Item you need to return (include design, color, and size)
- Reason for return
We will email you a fully paid return label to use whenever you’re ready. Pack all items for return in any safe shipping packaging, print and attach the label to your package, and drop off with USPS. If needed, please visit your local USPS store for help packaging your return and attaching your label. The label is fully paid, so you will not be charged in any way for postage, but may have to purchase shipping materials with USPS if you do not have any.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/refund. Please allow at least 5-10 business days to process your return/refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items may not be returned: face masks (any size) and neck gaiters. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are unhappy with the item you received
● Email response times may vary. Apollo is a small, local business in Houston, TX and we do everything we can to respond in a timely manner, but we are only human. Please allow up to 3 business days for replies regarding returns or refunds
● Masks and gaiters cannot be returned. Due to health concerns, we will not accept returns of facial coverings. Please contact Apollo support if your mask is damaged, missing, or otherwise incorrect.
● Refund times may vary. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your refund has been initiated. Please allow up to 8 weeks for funds to appear on your statement
Not all items in our online store are always fully in-stock at our local warehouse due to print-on-demand services. For this reason, we currently do not offer direct exchanges, but can accept your return for a full refund and allow you to purchase a different size/color/design etc.
